Coaching for Pastors

Being a pastor is not for the faint of heart. That said, it takes time to develop a thick skin while keeping the heart tender. As someone who has worked as a chaplain and pastor in a variety of settings, and been through training as an interim pastor, there are many things that I wish I was told about pastoring while I was in seminary.

The goal here is to meet at a time that works for you twice a month, and to be available for chats/texts/emails throughout. From there, we can go for as long as you feel you need it, and we can cover various topics such as spiritual formation, boundaries, deconstruction/reconstruction, conflict management, leading an anxiety ridden culture, scapegoating, triangulation, assertive modes of communication, and more. As our time goes on, and in response to the needs of your community or your own personal needs, we can address any topic that you may need.

Truly, the goal is to help you out in what is often a lonely and misunderstood job. I am here to help you stay healthy and holy in your position.
