Over the past few years, I have been hired by senior pastors and business owners to lead a series of seminars for staff on workplace culture, conflict resolution, circular leadership, extreme ownership, caring & listening skills, doing appreciative inquiry, and more. In church settings, this includes preaching once a month; in business settings, it can also mean serving as a chaplain to each staff member. Most often, this can happen during a transition or a pastoral emergency in the church or business, but not limited to.

For 6-12 months, we will work together with your staff, with each month exploring a new idea with your whole staff (listed above), monthly 1-1 meetings, and curating steps forward. This then culminates with a large final document reporting findings, strengths/weaknesses of your organization, and suggestions for moving forward. This also includes responding to emails and crises with your staff.
